It is a common occasion that people get lost in Big Apple though it is also a wonder as it is hard to get lost in it. There is no puzzle in the scheme of New York and so it is actually not that easy to get lost there. So, as for the Manhattan it is the most difficult place to get lost at. The scheme of it is easy and clear. It is like a number of right squares coupled together. In case you get lost at downtown it will take more efforts for you to get out of there. But it is also not that hard as most people think. It will be enough for you to find the nearest buss-stop and there you will find a sign with a scheme of routes of busses and so you can easily get right to the place you need. Remember about the signs on the busses and thing will be easier.
Actually, it is police who are obliged to help you in case you are a visitor of a city and you get lost. So, in case you see a policeman than don't be afraid and just ask him or her for help. And the last option for you in case you are lost – catch a cab and just tell a driver your address – that is it.
