The rules we were talking about are nit the panacea for all the people who live in New York or for all the people who are visitors of this city. These are some rules to make your life in New York a bit easier though those will never be a reason for you to become a great citizen of New York or to learn the whole New York just like that.
The rules you will follow depend on the goals you have. In case you are just a tourist and you only want to visit this city than never care about how to survive but care about how to get everything you can from this visit. The tourists are likely to be the happiest people in the world. They have no troubles and the only goal of them is a having fun.
Though, in case you want to be a citizen of New York those rules are just a tiny something from the huge whole. A number of efforts will have to be applied in order to become a citizen of New York and in order to make your dreams come true in this city. You will have to do your best and twice more in order to find your place in this city.
It is the city of contrasts and the life you will have there may be of two kinds: it may be the life you were dreaming about and it can also be a life you would like to never know about. The life you will have depends on the efforts you will apply. The big city takes big efforts and this is the only rule.
